In order to comprehensively enhance the service reputation of Shitian excavators and deeply boost users' satisfaction and trust in the Shitian brand, on the morning of July 20, 2024, the Service Department of Jining Shantian New Energy Co., Ltd., adhering to the core concept of "Customer First, Quality Oriented, and Dedicated Service", meticulously planned and organized a visiting activity lasting approximately 30 days. Company management leaders, senior technical engineers, professional sales representatives, quality control specialists, and front-line service personnel all attended the launching ceremony of this visiting activity.


Four professional visiting teams were formed for this visiting activity, and their members covered personnel from multiple key positions such as technology research and development, production and manufacturing, and after-sales service. Starting from Jining, they will head to various parts of the country and focus on visiting areas with concentrated users, core key customers, and cooperative agents. During the visit, the teams will focus on solving various difficult problems encountered by customers during the use of the equipment, widely collecting customers' demands and improvement suggestions for the actual working performance of the equipment, and carrying out systematic training and guidance on the correct use of the equipment for users. At the same time, a comprehensive inspection will be carried out on the air conditioning systems of the equipment, in-depth cleaning and maintenance will be conducted on the heat dissipation components, and the advantages of the Shitian brand will be actively promoted to further enhance users' awareness and recognition of the products.


At the launching ceremony site, Ling Zaishan, the deputy general manager of Jining Shantian New Energy, Liu Qiang, the service director, and other important company leaders personally attended and delivered speeches. They elaborated on the significance and objectives of this visiting activity, expressing their earnest expectations and full support for the visiting work. The members of the visiting teams were in high spirits and full of enthusiasm, demonstrating their confidence in successfully completing this visiting task with their abundant work enthusiasm and firm determination.
