The meeting combined on-site observation with voting and evaluation. Shandong Shitian Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. focuses on the production and operation of excavators. Its key areas of technological research and development are the development of energy storage excavators and models that effectively supplement the products of Shantian Construction Machinery. The new energy hybrid excavators developed by the company have a measured fuel-saving rate of 30% during construction operations, and their comprehensive efficiency has increased by 40%, giving them strong competitiveness in the excavator market of models above 30 tons. The total investment of the project is 600 million yuan, covering an area of 150 mu. The construction area of the factory is 58,000 square meters. A complete excavator assembly line has been newly installed to produce new energy hybrid excavators. In the first phase, the annual output will reach 1,000 units, and it is expected to achieve sales revenue of 2.5 billion yuan.
