Hydraulic system
The Linde HPR180 high-displacement main pump and positive flow hydraulic system are adopted. The hydraulic pipeline is optimized in design, effectively reducing the return oil pressure loss and significantly improving the overall efficiency.
Intelligent electronic control
The electronic control system has been newly upgraded, enabling precise control of power output, achieving efficient matching between the engine and the main pump, and enhancing power utilization and fuel economy. Through the dual optimization of the valve core hardware and the electronic control strategy, the coordination of the working device's actions has been enhanced, the overall operation of the machine has become smoother, more efficient, and the comfort level has been improved simultaneously.
Structural reinforcement
The working device has been comprehensively optimized in design and verified through finite element analysis and fatigue tests. The key welds undergo 100% UT flaw detection. The support is made of integral casting, significantly enhancing structural strength and durability.
Bucket optimization
The bottom plate, side plates and reinforcing plates of the bucket are all made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, significantly enhancing wear resistance and service life.
Chassis system
The chassis has been reinforced in design and equipped with double support sprockets, which makes it more reliable and significantly extends its service life.
Rotary system
It adopts a high-torque rotary motor, with the rotary torque increased by 16%. The structure of the reducer is strengthened, resulting in a greater load-bearing capacity.
Heat dissipation upgrade
The heat dissipation system has been precisely calculated. The radiator adopts a three-parallel structure, which has a higher heat dissipation efficiency and operates more energy-efficient and quietly.
