Product introduction

(1) Mining characteristics

The digging force is large: the digging force of the bucket rod and the digging force of the bucket are very good. The digging force of the bucket rod may reach 200-300 kN, and the digging force of the bucket may reach 300-400 kn. Hard rock, frozen soil and other difficult materials can be easily excavated.

A wide range of mining: through the coordinated action of the boom, bucket rod and bucket, the mining radius can reach 10-15 meters, and the digging depth can reach 7-10 meters. Whether it is digging shallow ditches or digging deep foundation pits, it can be easily operated.

(2) Walking performance

Crawler type walking device: The crawler type design is adopted, and two wide tracks are in contact with the ground. The excavator has less pressure on the ground and can walk on complex terrain such as soft land, sand and even muddy marshes without easily falling into it.

Walking speed: It has a reasonable walking speed, usually about 3-5 km/h. Although the speed is not fast, it is sufficient to meet the short distance movement within the site, such as transferring from one dig site to another material storage site.

(3) Operating comfort

Spacious cab: The cab is spacious and the operator has plenty of room to move around inside. With an internal height of about 1.8-2 meters, the seat can be adjusted in multiple directions to accommodate operators of different sizes.

Good view: The large area of glass design allows the operator to have a good view of the cockpit. The layout of the front window, side window and rear window is reasonable, which can clearly see the working device of the excavator and the surrounding working environment, and reduce the operation blind area.

Low noise and vibration: Through the use of advanced shock absorption technology and sound insulation materials, the noise in the cab can be controlled at about 70-80 decibels, and the vibration is effectively reduced. This provides the operator with a relatively quiet and comfortable operating environment, reducing operator fatigue.


Scope of application


Earthwork: It plays an important role in the excavation of foundation earthwork and site leveling of large construction projects. For example, in the early stage of construction of large residential communities or industrial parks, it can quickly excavate and move earth.

Mining: can be used for mining surface stripping, ore mining and other operations. Its strong digging force can cope with hard rock excavation in the mine, and the crawler walking device can adapt to the complex terrain of the mine.

Water conservancy project: It is also widely used in water conservancy projects such as river dredging and reservoir dam construction. For example, in river dredging, it can be used to dig the silt and sand at the bottom of the river, and then load it onto the transport ship.
